Performance Media Manager Wanted: Join Our Team at Lane Media

Lane Media is on the hunt for a Performance Media Manager to join our vibrant team. As a Performance Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of planning, buying, and managing digital campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on paid search, social, and display advertising.

Reporting directly to the Performance Media Director, you will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for the agency. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, social media, and programmatic display channels. Additionally, you’ll identify and present innovative media solutions to clients, conduct audits to enhance performance, and proactively seek ways to elevate campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Develop and nurture open, effective client relationships, serving as the primary agency contact for your clients.  
  • Execute and optimise campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic display channels.
  • Present innovative media solutions to clients based on industry trends and insights.
  • Conduct audits of client accounts to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of client accounts, including invoicing, timing plans, and client communication.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance campaign performance and stay abreast of digital industry developments.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and optimise campaigns to meet agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Develop and execute media plans aligned with performance objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the Performance Media Director to capitalise on them.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital media best practices.
  • Proficiency in cross-channel platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Interest and willingness to explore new platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.
