The specialists in executive search, FWB Park Brown, were changing their name to FWB – the perfect opportunity to take a look at the brand and website. They wanted something that better reflected their premium service and met their needs going forward. A stronger brand and online presence would also help FWB overcome the fact that the executive search recruitment industry has been negatively affected by economic uncertainty and the rise of in-house recruitment.

After one of our brand workshops and brand reports, the new look and feel was ready to be rolled out on their main external touchpoint – the website. The previous site design no longer served the business needs to capture candidate interest and streamline the process of matching the right person to the assignment. Most importantly, FWB are all about attracting the best candidates. Such candidates have high expectations, and we needed to meet them.

IDEA

From wireframes to development, the main objective of our work was to make applications easy and more professional for both the FWB team and their potential candidates.
We introduced data capture functionality and forms that allowed the recruitment team to quickly get crucial information and reduce the administrative tasks involved with following up with applicants. With increased automation and a clearer user journey, the experience became much slicker and quicker. At the same time, with help from the new branding, the design had a fresh and more modern feel that was on par with FWB’s major competitors. We made sure to capture the brand’s ambitions without losing its heritage.

IMPACT

They say dress for the job you want, and we did just that.
The new brand represents the quality service and people that deliver it, and now reaches a design calibre equal to the candidates FWB aims to attract.
Previously, FWB relied heavily on word of mouth to share its highly regarded abilities in executive search. Now the site is working just as hard to attract traffic and the professionals that match their multi-sector specialisms.
The new website embodies the professional and straightforward image FWB pride themselves by and are well known for, while visually serving their growing worldwide reputation going forward.
